Hall of Honor Award Nomination Form Instructions
"To recognize and honor the significant contributions which alumni of Hudson City Schools have made to society" is the purpose of the Hall of Honor Award.
It is presented to one or more alumni, living or deceased, who have made significant and outstanding contributions on a local, national and/or international level. Suggested areas of achievement are: the arts, business, education, entertainment, military, and science, but not limited to these.
When nominating someone, please be as complete and accurate as possible. The form is to be used as a guideline. The more documentation you can provide, the easier it will be for the selection committee to process the nomination.
It is impossible to submit too much information about your nominee. All nominations will be retained for future reference if the nominee is not selected immediately.
